- 500 g 500 g Minced meat
- 1 1 Red onion(s)
- 1 1 Red pepper(s)
- 1 1 Green pepper(s)
- 1 1 Fresh pepper
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 0.5 c. à café 0.5 coffee c. Paprika
- 0.5 c. à café 0.5 Coffee c. Cumin
- Salt, pepper
Method
- 1.Preparation of ingredients
- 2.Wash, dry and peel the peppers and pepper before cutting into strips. Peel and slice finely onion.
- 3.start cooking
- 4.In a skillet, heat 1.5 tbsp. of olive oil. Sauté the onion, peppers and peppers stirring regularly.
- 5.Addition of ingredients
- 6.After about 5 minutes of cooking, add the spices. Cook another 5 minutes and pour the soy sauce.

- 8.Let cook for about 5 minutes. Get rid of the meat and cook in the same pan. Finish cooking, salt, pepper. Mix with the vegetable topping.
