Nougat pear leaves

Ingredients

- 12 12 Brik leaves
- 4 4 Pears
- 1 1 Lemon
- 50 cl 50 cl Sweet concentrated milk
- 150 g 150 g Soft butter
- 150 g 150 g Honey tender nougat
- Candied fruit
Method
- 1.Cut half the nougat into slats and gratify the rest with a saver knife.
- 2.Bring the milk to a boil with 1 spoon. coffee lemon juice and let simmer 5 min. Incorporate the grated nougat into the cooled mixture. Pour into an icebox and let the freezer take 3 hours, scraping the surface with the fork regularly to obtain a granite.
- 3.Peel, peel the pears and slice them into slats. Drizzle with lemon juice and keep cool.
- 4.Brush the brik leaves with butter and spread the pear and nougat strips over each. Fold them in triangles and brown them in the butter remaining 2 min on each side.
- 5.Serve hot with granite and candied fruit.
