Beef fillet and chanterelle sauce

Ingredients

- 3 3 beef fillets
- 450 g 450 gr ammes of chanterelles
- 375 g 375 gr ammes of thick fresh cream
- 3 3 shallots (large)
- 15 g 15 grams of butter
- 9 9 strands flat parsley
- 9 9 chives
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Clean without washing the chanterelles, wipe them in a towel, cut the base of the earthy foot.
- 2.Peel, chop the shallots finely.
- 3.Pick the chives and parsley.
- 4.Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chanterelles and the chopstick, salt and pepper.
