- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons Farine
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt, pepper
Method
- 1.Preparation of fish
- 2.Remove the black fillets from the fridge a few minutes before they are at room temperature, then lightly flour on both sides, salt and pepper.
- 3.Stove cooking
- 4.Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat and grab each fillet of black place about 3 to 4 min until a golden crust forms. Turn them around with a quick gesture so you don't break them. Cook 2 to 3 minutes more.
- 5.Finishing and service
- 6.When the fish fillets are washed, remove them from the frying pan, sprinkle with a fillet of lemon juice and serve sprinkled with aneth or chiseled dragon.
