- 1 1 Lemon(s)
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons Tuna marinated with olive oil
- 2 2 garlic pod(s)
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons fresh Aneth
- Salt
- Black pepper
Method
- 1.Preheating
- 2.Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6) to ensure a homogeneous and optimal cooking of salmon. Also prepare a grill or baking sheet by covering it with a sheet of baking paper to prevent the fish from attaching during cooking.
- 3.Preparation
- 4.Place the skin-side salmon fillets on the prepared plate. Rinse the fillets quickly under cold water and sponge with absorbent paper. Peel the cloves of garlic, then slice them finely. Sprinkle the garlic on the fish, as well as chiseled dill for more perfume.
- 5.seasoning
- 6.Water each fillet of freshly pressed lemon juice. Then add the marinated tuna to the olive oil and spread well over the nets. Season with salt and pepper at your convenience. Take advantage of it to lightly massage the fillets in order to coat each piece and homogenize the marinade.
- 7.Cooking
- 8.Bake the plate in the centre of the hot oven and let the fillets cook for 15 to 18 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon. Watch for cooking: the flesh must remain mellow and detach easily at the fork. Avoid overcooking the fish to preserve its mellow.
- 9.Service
- 10.Place the salmon fillets on hot plates as soon as you leave the oven. Serve them immediately, possibly accompanied by lemon quarters and a fillet of olive oil. Add a steam vegetable or rice for a balanced and tasty dish.
