Method
- 1.Preheating the oven
- 2.Preheat the oven to 185°C.
- 3.Preparation of dough
- 4.In a frying pan, place the butter and melt until you get a hazelnut color. Get rid of a ramequin. In a salad bowl, mix flour, hazelnut powder, icing sugar, fine salt and vanilla pod pulp. Add the egg whites one by one to the whip. Stir and add the hazelnut butter. Pour into the buttered and floured cake mould.
