Banana bread flour spread

Ingredients
- 1 1 bananas
- 8 tranche 8 slices of bread
- 8 c. à soupe 8 tablespoons of spread paste
- 30 g 30 g butter
- 2 2 eggs
- 5 cl 5 cl liquid cream (or milk)
- 3 sachet 3 bags of vanilla sugar
Method
- 1.Remove the crust from the slices of bread and spread finely with a baking roll.
- 2.Spread the spread on the slices of bread (leave 1 cm empty on one side).
- 3.Cut the banana into 8 sticks (or small dice if it is simpler) and place on the edge opposite to the edge left empty. Roll the mie bread over itself.
- 4.Mix the egg and cream and pass them in before cooking in melted butter in a hot pan.
- 5.Sleep on either side.
- 6.At the exit of the pan roll sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
