Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 4 4 large onions
- 150 g 150 g smoked bacon
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons of white cheese
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of thick fresh cream
- 2 pincée 2 pinches of ground nutmeg
- 250 g 250 g flour
- 5 cl 5 cl of sunflower oil
- 2 pincée 2 pinches of fine salt
- salt and pepper
Method
- 1.Preheat the oven to 250°C with ventilated grill.
- 2.Prepare the dough: mix the flour and salt and gradually incorporate the oil and 10 to 15 cl of warm water with flour, kneading with a wooden spoon until the dough is homogeneous.
- 3.Stir the baking sheet and lower the dough as thinly as possible over the entire surface.
- 4.Peel and finely slice the onions.
- 5.Drain the white cheese with the fresh cream. Season with salt, pepper and add nutmeg.
- 6.Spread the mixture on the dough 1 cm from the edge, spread over the onions and bacon.
- 7.Bake for 15 minutes and taste warm.
