Broccoli and basil flan

Ingredients
For 3 servings
- 1 1 broccoli (fresh or 300g frozen)
- 4 4 egg(s)
- 4 c. à soupe 4 tablespoons flour (semi-complete or white)
- 4 c. à soupe 4 tablespoons fresh cream (whole, thick)
- 30 g 30 g parmesan ( grated)
- 1 1 basil bouquet
Method
- 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2.Cut the broccoli into florets. Cook with steam (approximately 10-15 minutes).
- 3.Meanwhile, mix in a salad bowl: 4 eggs + 4 tablespoons of fresh cream + 4 tablespoons of flour + 30g of grated Parmesan.
- 4.Wash and chisel the basil, then add it to the preparation.
- 5.Finely chop broccoli, and mix with egg preparation.
- 6.Pour in a small gratin dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- 7.Smooth puree (from 4/6 months): before step 5, mix 80g broccoli with a small water fillet, to obtain a very smooth puree. Add 1 cup of oil or cream.
- 8.Thick puree (from 6 months): after step 4, mix 120g broccoli with 1 cup of fresh cream and 1 nice pinch of basil. (Optional) You can cook 1 tbsp of egg preparation in omelette, and chop it finely to serve with mashed potatoes and bring a portion of animal protein.
- 9.In pieces (from 9 months): before step 5, mix 100g broccoli and mix this puree with 50g egg preparation. Fill the small muffin moulds with this preparation, and bake with the large dish. Depending on the size of your mussels, you get 2 to 4.
