- 150 ml 150 ml Luke water
- 50 ml 50 ml Oil
- 50 ml 50 ml Luke milk

- 1 c. à café 1 tbsp Bakery yeast
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Sugar powder
- 1 c. à café 1 cup coffee Fine salt
- 1 1 Fry oil
- Hard egg(s)
- 1 1 Tuna box
- Potato(s)
- Various vegetables
- 1 1 Tomato(s)
- Olives
- Parsley
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoon Harissa
Method
- 1.Spread the baking yeast in the warm milk. Let stand 5 min and add the flour, sugar, salt, oil and egg. Then gradually add the water in order to obtain a smooth and smooth paste, but not sticky. Form a ball, place it in a salad bowl and let stand 1 hour in the oven off.
- 2.Take out the dough and degass it. Divide it into 12 portions, make them into balls. Place them on a floured plate and let stand for 20 minutes.
- 3.Heat frying oil in a fryer or cooker. Fry the doughballs one after the other. When golden, place them on absorbent paper and let them cool.
- 4.Open the fried breads in half and garnish them according to your wishes with hard egg dice, tomatoes, potatoes, cooked zucchini, drained tuna, chopped olives... finish with chiseled parsley and harissa.
