- zucchini flowers
- 1 tasse all-purpose flour
- 1 c. à café baking powder
- 1 c. à café salt
- 0.5 tasse milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. à café olive oil
- vegetable oil for frying
Method
- 1.Clean zucchini flowers and dry with a paper towel.
- 2.Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Whisk milk, eggs, and olive oil together in a separate bowl; stir in flour mixture until batter is smooth.
- 3.Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- 4.Working in batches if needed, dip flowers into the batter, then gently place into the hot oil. Fry until golden and crispy, 2 to 5 minutes. Transfer fried flowers to a paper towel-lined plate and season with salt.
