- 1 kg 1 kg Bintje potato
- Fry oil
- Salt
Method
- 1.Preparation of potatoes
- 2.Peel the potatoes and wash them. Dry them in clean linen. Detail them in regular sticks of about 1.5 cm side for large fries. Reserve in a clean linen the time to cut them all.
- 3.First cooking at 150°C
- 4.Fill the fryer with frying oil and heat it at 150°C. Cook a first round of fries for about 7 to 8 minutes, making sure not to overload the fryer basket. This pre-cooking should be done in several times. Let the fries cool in a dish.
- 5.Second cooking at 180°C
- 6.A few minutes before serving, heat the oil again to reach 180°C. Finish cooking the fries for 3 minutes, again in several times not to overload the basket.
