Frittata munster and beer from P'tits grains de Lisette

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 200 g 200 g liquid cream
- 120 g 120 g of blonde beer
- 20 g 20 g grated parmesan
- 125 g 125 g of munster cut into pieces
- 5 5 egg yolks
- 12 12 chorizo washers
Method
- 1.Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
- 2.Pour the cream, the munster and the beer into a saucepan. Heat over medium heat and mix with a whisk until cheese is melted.
- 3.Mix the mixture with a diver or blender.
- 4.Add the egg yolks and mix again. Pour the mixture into burnt cream ramekins.
- 5.Bake for 15 minutes.
- 6.Sprinkle the Parmesan ramekins and add 3 chorizo washers per frittata. Return to the oven for 10 minutes.
- 7.Enjoy warm or hot frittata according to your desires. Bring them with a green salad. At the outlet of the oven, you can use a kitchen torch, for a more caramelized side.
