Ingredients

- 2 2 laminated pasta
- 140 g 140 g of almond powder
- 100 g 100 g of fine sugar
- 2 2 eggs
- 75 g 75 g of soft butter
- 1 1 egg yolk
- 4 4 apples
- 75 g 75 g of brown sugar
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoons of cinnamon
Method
- 1.Place a laminated dough in a pie pan, sting the dough with a fork.
- 2.In a salad bowl, mix the almond powder, sugar, 2 eggs and soft butter.
- 3.Place the dough on the laminated dough in the pie pan, then add over the cooled apples and hide the beans.
- 4.Cover with the 2nd laminated dough, sticking the edges well, then leave in the freezer for 20 minutes
- 5.Make drawings on the lid and brush with egg yolk.
- 6.Bake for 20 to 30 min at 200°C (thermostat 6-7); check cooking regularly!
