Chocolate and pear Kings Galette

- 2 2 Foiled paste(s)
- 1 1 tablet(s) Chocolate Nestlé
- 100 g 100 g Soft butter
- 100 g 100 g Sugar powder
- 80 g 80 g Wheat seed
- 2 2 Sugar Easter Eggs
- 3 3 Pears in syrup
Method
- 1.First turn on your oven and set it to 220°C (thermostat 7/8) to make it warm.
- 2.Take your pears, drain them thoroughly, then cut them into small regular cubes.
- 3.Break the chocolate into several pieces and put them to melt gently in the water bath, stirring from time to time.
- 4.In a large bowl, work together butter and sugar until you get a creamy and bleached mixture.
- 5.Then add the meal, melted chocolate and two eggs to your preparation. Add the pear dice and mix together until everything is well homogeneous.
- 6.Spread your first laminated dough on the baking sheet with the baking paper underneath.
- 7.Spread the chocolate filling over the entire surface, leaving a 2 cm free border. Don't forget to slip the bean somewhere in the garnish.
- 8.Moisten slightly around the dough with a little water, then gently put the second pastry over it.
- 9.Press firmly on the edges to solder the two pasta together forming a nice little edge all around the cake.
- 10.Beat the egg yolk with a tablespoon of water, then generously brush the top of the cake with this mixture. Bake for about 30 minutes.
