- 4 4 slice(s) White ham
- 150 g 150 g grated
- 100 g 100 g Half-salt butter
- Neutral oil
- Fine salt

Method

- 2.In a salad bowl, mix the flour with the water and add the egg, salt and mix. Book a few minutes to the side.

- 4.In a hot pancake, pass oiled paper, pour a layer of dough and spread naturally. Wait for bubbles to form on the surface of the dough and gently turn the cake, let it brown.
