Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients
For 6 servings
- 250 g 250 g of dark chocolate
- 40 g 40 g butter
- 30 g 30 g glucose (optional)
- 15 cl 15 cl of fresh liquid cream
Method
- 1.Pour the liquid cream into a saucepan and cook until simmered (no boiling). In a salad bowl, place the chocolate and pour over the cream. Let infuse and melt your chocolate without stirring for a few minutes. Then add the glucose if you have it (it will allow you to keep the product longer, bring gloss to the ganache) and mix.
- 2.Stir in butter and mix. Let it freeze. Your ganache is ready for use.
