Ingredients

- 25 cl 25 cl of thick fresh cream
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of butter
- 200 g 200 g chocolate
Method
- 1.Heat the cream with butter and sugar until boiling.
- 2.Mix to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
- 3.Out of the fire, add the chocolate into pieces. Let stand 5 min and mix until a smooth cream is obtained.
- 4.Pour and spread the napping on the cake.
