- 250 g 250 g mascarpone
- 80 g 80 g of icing sugar
- 16 cl 16 cl of fresh liquid cream
Method
- 1.Beat the cream to make it a chantilly. Start by beating at low speed and then increasing as you go.
- 2.Then beat the mascarpone with sugar and then incorporate the chantilly. Mix gently with a spatula.
- 3.Reserve for one hour, before use.
