Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1 1 c to c of agar-agar
- 50 50 to 60g white chocolate
- 200 g 200 g of lightly thick fresh cream
- 10 10 harlequin candies
Method
- 1.Boil the cream with the agar-agar (2 minutes). Add the candies to let melt (soft heat).
- 2.Then add the chocolate to get a smooth ganache. Book for 1 hour or one night.
