- 200 g 200 g of pastry chocolate
Method
- 1.Bring the cream to a boil and pour it on the broken chocolate into small pieces.
- 2.Cover and let wait for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 3.Mix vigorously with the whip to obtain a smooth preparation.
- 4.Let cool to room temperature.
