Ingredients
For 2 servings
- 1 1 egg yolk
- 1 1 laminated pasta
- 1 1 gaperon
- 4 tranche 4 slices of raw ham
Method
- 1.Wrap the whole Gaperon of country ham (use the 4 slices)
- 2.Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- 3.Detail a circle of laminated dough larger than the Gaperon, place on it and wrap it completely with some of the rest of the laminated dough.
- 4.Weld both parts of laminated dough with a little water and then brush with a brush, brush the dough with egg yolk.
