Super fast banana cake

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 190 g 190 gr flour
- 115 g 115 gr sugar
- 120 g 120 gr butter
- 370 g 370 g bananas (approximately 3 bananas)
- 3 3 eggs
- 0.75 sachet 3⁄4 sachet yeast chemical
- 1 sachet 1 bag of vanilla sugar (or 1 cc of vanilla extract)
Method
- 1.Prepare the base: Crush the ripe bananas and reserve them. In a salad bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until you get a sparkling and light mixture.
- 2.Stir in dry ingredients: Gradually pour the flour and yeast into the egg mixture, stirring gently. Then pour the melted butter and mix until you get a well homogeneous dough.
- 3.Add the bananas and pour: Incorporate the crushed bananas into your preparation and mix well. Pour the dough into a greased mould and bake immediately.
- 4.Cooking and finishing: Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes, until the cake is golden and a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
