- 150 g 150 g Butter
- 120 g 120 g Sugar powder
- 3 3 Egg(s)
- 275 g 275 g Flour
- 1 1 Vanilla pod(s)
- 1 sachet 1 Bag Chemical yeast
- 2 c. à soupe 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt(s)
- 4 4 Apple(s)
- 120 g 120 g White cane sugar
- 1 c. à café 1 coffee cinnamon powder
- 0.5 c. à café 0.5 Coffee c. Ginger powder
Method
- 1.Preparation of apples
- 2.Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the apples into quarters, pour the blond sugar over, mix with the spices. In a skillet, place the butter, let it colour and add the apples. Let them colour without cooking them. Book them on a plate.
- 3.Apparatus preparation
- 4.Mix the ointment butter in a salad bowl with the sugar powder, add the whole eggs, mix again. Add flour, vanilla pulp, chemical yeast and Greek yogurt.
- 5.Cooking
- 6.Pour the appliance into the buttered missing mould, and over the apples. Bake 30 minutes.
