- 1 sachet 1 Baker's dry yeast bag
- 2 2 Whole egg(s)
- 1 1 Egg yellow(s)
- 125 g 125 g Sugar
- 50 g 50 g Soft butter
- 1 1 dose(s) Pastis
- 20 cl 20 cl Luke water
- Salt
Method
- 1.Apparatus preparation
- 2.In a salad bowl, mix the flour with the salt and sugar. Dig a well in the middle and break the eggs. Add the softened butter, pastis and water in which you will have dried the yeast.
- 3.Wetting and rest
- 4.Stir until you form a homogeneous ball of dough, cover with a clean towel and let stand 2 hours at room temperature.
- 5.Preheating
- 6.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 7.Dressing and cooking
- 8.Roll the dough to get a thick boudin and form a crown. Add whole eggs to it if you like. Do it with the egg yolk and bake for 40 min.
