Method
- 1.Preheating the oven
- 2.Preheat oven th.6 (180oC).
- 3.Preparation of butter
- 4.Turn the butter into foam. Separate the white from the egg yolks.
- 5.Adding eggs and sugar
- 6.Add the egg yolks and the sugar and beat until the mixture turns pale.
- 7.Addition of ingredients
- 8.Pour the milk and gradually incorporate the sieved flour with yeast, lemon juice and some grated zest.
- 9.Adding Snow Whites
- 10.Finally, introduce the white eggs beaten in firm snow.
