Ingredients
For 18 servings
- 100 g 100 g egg white
- 25 g 25 g impalpable sugar or fine sugar
- 100 g 100 g of fine sugar
- 250 g 250 g liquid cream 35 or 40%
- 1 1 large handles of black chocolate chips
Method
- 1.Bring the whites up in snow with the sugar to the cake processor or electric drummer for at least 10 minutes.
