Sweet cake with cinnamon

Ingredients

- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of olive oil
- 150 g 150 g of red sugar
- 12 12 eggs
- 15 g 15 g cinnamon (+/- Depending on your taste)

Method
- 1.Separate white from egg yolks
- 2.Mount the snow whites
- 3.Mix the yolks, flour, sugar and chemical yeast in a container
- 4.Stir the whites slowly into the preparation. Do not break the whites
- 5.Pour cinnamon and oil into your preparation, mix
- 6.Butter and put flour in your mould before pouring into it and bake for about 50 minutes. Check cooking by planting a knife in the cake
