Ingredients
For 8 servings
- 200 g 200 g organic apple
- 90 g 90 g butter
- 100 g 100 g of sour sugar
- 2 2 eggs
- 10 cl 10 cl liquid cream
- 140 g 140 g flour
- 2 c. à café 2 teaspoons of chemical yeast
Method
- 1.Mix all the ingredients, except the apple, until you get a smooth dough.
- 2.Add the apple cut into small dice.
- 3.Spread the dough in a buttered and floured top edge mould.
- 4.Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 180 °C.
- 5.Let cool before demolishing and tasting.
- 6.It's a good idea to add 50 g of pink pralines to the dough to give it crunchy and a good mine!
