Pear cake/chocolate without gluten or milk

Ingredients

- 30 g 30 g of rice flour
- 5 g 5 g bicarbonate
- 200 ml 200 ml soy cream
- 30 g 30 g sugar
- 120 g 120 g dark chocolate
- 2 2 pears
- 20 g 20 g of maize starch or potato starch
Method
- 1.In a saucepan, boil soy cream. When well hot add 100g of chocolate and mix well.
- 2.Wait for the preparation to cool down a little, then add the egg and whip it all.
- 3.In a salad bowl, mix flour, starch, sugar and bicarbonate.
- 4.Add all the chocolate, cream, egg mixture and stir up to complete homogenization.
- 5.Peel and cut pears into large pieces and 20g of chocolate remaining in small pieces. Pour the pate into a mould and place the pear and chocolate on top.
- 6.Finally, bake for 10 to 15 min in a preheat oven at 200° then taste warm or cold
