- 1 1 sweet concentrated milk box (400 gr)
- 120 g 120 gr flour
- 50 g 50 gr butter
- 4 4 eggs
- 1 sachet 1 sachet of chemical yeast
Method
- 1.Prepare the dough: Start by mixing the eggs with the sweet concentrated milk in a bowl. Then add the melted butter, then incorporate the flour and yeast, mixing well until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- 2.Cook the cake: Pour the dough into a buttered mould and bake at 160°C for 50 minutes. Check the cooking by pinging the centre with a knife: the blade must come out clean and dry.
- 3.Tasting: Cool your concentrated milk cake a few minutes before demolishing. Your delicious sweet cake is now ready to be enjoyed!
