- 200 g 200 g T45 flour
- 200 g 200 g Sour
- 180 g 180 g Soft butter
- 1 1 Egg white(s)
- 1 sachet 1 Bag Vanilla sugar
- 1 1 pinch(s) Salt
Method
- 1.Preparation of dough
- 2.Preheat the oven to 200 °C (th. 6-7). In a salad bowl, mix the soft butter with sugar and salt. Then add the flour and mix well. Add the egg white.
- 3.Cooking
- 4.On a baking sheet covered with baking paper, place several small piles of dough, spread it in several strips of 5 x 15cm. Bake the plate halfway up the oven and cook for 5 min at 200°C (th.6-7).

- 6.As soon as the pancakes are golden, remove the plate from the oven and immediately wrap the lace pancake strips around a metal spatula. Then place them on a grid to dry. Then serve.
