- 500 g 500 g Girolle(s)
- 40 g 40 g Butter
- 2 2 Minced shallots
- 1 1 bouquet(s) Criseled parsley
- Salt pepper
Method
- 1.Preparation of girolles
- 2.Wash the girolles under a net of water and drain them.
- 3.Cooking girolles
- 4.Melt butter in a hopper with the shallots. Once it's hot, add the girolles and cook the whole while stirring on heat for about 10 / 15 min.
- 5.Parsley finish
- 6.Sprinkle with chiseled parsley.
- 7.Service
- 8.Serve.
