Nougat ice

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 3 3 Egg white
- 60 g 60 g Honey
- 30 cl 30 cl Very cold liquid cream
- 100 g 100 g Sugar
- 400 g 400 g Red fruit rolls
- 250 g 250 g Dry fruits (almond, pistachio, cranberry)
- 3 Three spoons. Soup water

Method
- 1.Chop the dried fruits. Pour the liquid cream into a salad bowl and place in the freezer.
- 2.Put honey, sugar and 3 spoons. Table water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook 5 min. Meanwhile, start climbing your white snow. Immediately pour this syrup in fillet over the whites while whisking vigorously.
- 3.Put the liquid cream in chantilly. Incorporate it in the meringue alternating with the chopped fruit. Fill the removable mould and book a night in the freezer.
- 4.Remove the frozen nougat on a serving dish, decorate with meringues and fruit. Sprinkle with icing sugar. And offer the coulis apart.
