Ingredients

- 75 g 75 g County
- 3 3 Egg(s)
- 125 g 125 g Flour
- 50 g 50 g Butter
- 0.5 c. à café 0.5 T.A. Salt
Method
- 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
- 2.Place the butter cut into pieces in a pan. Melt over low heat with salt and 25 cl water.
- 3.When the butter is well melted, add the flour at once. Mix vigorously with a wooden spatula until you get a homogeneous paste that takes off from the walls of the pan.
- 4.Add the eggs one by one by mixing well each time.
- 5.Grate the County and add it to the cabbage dough. Mix well to distribute it evenly.
- 6.Cover a baking sheet with sulfurized paper. Place with two small spoons, piles of dough spaced enough as they will swell when cooked.
- 7.Bake for 35 minutes. When the gougers in the County are golden, take them out of the oven.
- 8.Let the gougers in County cool for 1 or 2 minutes so you don't burn. Enjoy them warm or warm.
