Ingredients

- 1 kg 1 kg Beef meat
- 50 g 50 g Lard
- 4 4 Carrots
- 2 2 Pepper(s)
- 4 4 Potatoes
- 3 3 branch(s) Celery
- 2 Onion(s)
- 1 1 box(s) Tomato concentrate
- 1 c. à soupe 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 2 2 cube(s) Beef broth
- Salt
Method
- 1.Preparation of ingredients
- 2.First cut the meat into large cubes. Peel and slice the onions. Clean and cut the peppers into pieces.
- 3.start cooking
- 4.Melt the lard in a casserole or faitout. Once the lard melts, sauté the onions and peppers. When the onions are transparent, discard the meat.
- 5.Cooking
- 6.When the meat is browned, add the tomato concentrate and paprika, salt. Cook over low heat for 20 to 25 min, making sure the preparation does not burn in the bottom.
- 7.Preparation of vegetables
- 8.Meanwhile, peel the carrots and cut them into slices. Do the same for leeks.
- 9.Preparation of potatoes
- 10.Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes. Boil about 2 liters of water.
- 11.Final cooking
- 12.Once cooked, add boiling water, potatoes, carrots and celery. Cover and cook for at least 4 hours.
