Sweet potato dauphinous gratin

- 1 1 Big sweet potato
- 20 cl 20 cl Milk
- 20 cl 20 cl Liquid cream
- 25 g 25 g Butter
- 1 1 spoon. Curry coffee powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Peel and cut the sweet potato very finely.
- 2.In a saucepan, pour the milk and liquid cream and bring to a boil. Add the sweet potato, curry, salt and pepper. Let cook 15 min; the sweet potato must be slightly melted.
- 3.Preheat oven th.6 (180°C). Butter a gratin dish. Pour in the preparation and bake 20 to 25 min. Serve as soon as the oven comes out.
