- 150 g 150 g grated crane

Method
- 1.Preparation of zucchini
- 2.Wash the zucchini, wipe them and peel them with small strips of skin. Then cut them into rings.
- 3.Cooking zucchini and preparing topping
- 4.Boil salted water in a saucepan, and dip zucchini in it for 5 min. Meanwhile, mix the egg, fresh cream, 100 g grated cheese, salt and pepper in a salad bowl.
