Method
- 1.Preheating
- 2.Start by turning on your oven at 180°C (th.6) to preheat it, this will allow a homogeneous cooking of your gratin. As the oven rises in temperature, you can prepare the other ingredients of the recipe to optimize your cooking time.
- 3.Preparation of vegetables
- 4.Wash the zucchini carefully and cut them into thin slices. Peel and slice finely onion. Peel the cloves and chop them. Place all these ingredients in a large bowl to have them at hand for further preparation.

- 6.Heat a fillet of olive oil in a large skillet. Add onion and garlic, and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add the zucchini slices, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, then cook until the vegetables are tender and slightly golden.
