Ingredients
For 100 servings
- 1.5 c. à soupe honey
- 1.5 c. à soupe Dijon mustard
- 0.5 c. à soupe wholegrain mustard (optional)
- 2 c. à soupe apple cider vinegar
- 60 ml olive oil
Method
- 1.Pour all the ingredients into a jam jar and shake well until emulsified, then season to taste before using. Will keep chilled for up to five days.
