Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1 1 garlic
- 5 cl 5 cl of white wine (preferably Savoie wine)
- 1 1 tomme (Tome des Beauges)
- 10 g 10 g pepper (do not hesitate to choose berries and make your own mixture)
Method
- 1.Choose a beautiful whole volume of about 1,2 /1,3 kg and remove the crust with a large knife.
- 2.Once the crust is completely removed, make 4 holes in the cheese chair.
- 3.Pour white wine into holes.
- 4.Place 4 cloves of garlic in the holes (spong with a wiper, the excess of white wine if there is too much on top of the cheese)
- 5.Cover the Tome with pepper, so as to create a slice of pepper on the whole surface of the cheese
- 6.Place in a dish at the right size or in aluminium paper without covering the top.
- 7.30 min in the oven at 210° to taste hot, with salad, potatoes and a good dish of charcuterie!
