Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1 1 tomme (tome of the Bauges)
- 5 cl 5 cl of white wine (preferably Savoie wine)
- 4 gousse 4 cloves of garlic
- 10 g 10 g pepper sufficient to cover the volume
Method
- 1.Choose a beautiful 1,3 kilos volume and remove the crust with a large knife.
- 2.Make 4 holes in the meat of the cheese.
- 3.Pour the wine into the holes.
- 4.Place 4 cloves of garlic in each hole.
- 5.Completely cover the pepper cheese to create a pepper crunch.
- 6.Bake 30 minutes at 210°C in a dish or surrounded by aluminum without covering the top! To taste hot, with potatoes from the charcuterie, and some green salad!
