Ingredients

- 1 kg 1 kg Sureau
- 1 l 1 l Water of life
- 1 1 clove(s) of cloves
- 1 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 750 g 750 g Crystal sugar
- 75 cl 75 cl Water
Method
- 1.Mixture of ingredients
- 2.Wash and chop the elder berries. Put them in a hermetically sealed jar with the clove and cinnamon stick. Pour in the brandy and mix well.
- 3.Maceration
- 4.Seal the jar hermetically and let the elder liquor macerate for 3 weeks in the sun.
- 5.Preparation of syrup
- 6.After this time, heat the crystallised sugar with the water in a saucepan until you get a syrup. Let the syrup cool.
- 7.Add syrup
- 8.Add the syrup to the elder liquor in the jar. Mix.
- 9.Rest
- 10.Let the elder liquor rest for 24 hours.
- 11.Filtering
- 12.After 24 hours, filter the syrup liquor and bottle it. Shut up.

- 14.Store the elder liquor in a dry place sheltered from heat, until tasting.
