My first butternut squash purée

- 300 g 300 g butternut (approximately 1⁄4)
Method
- 1.Cut the butternut squash in 4 in length. Remove the seeds from the squash with a tablespoon, scraping the fibers well. Peel the squash skin with a good saver.
- 2.Cut the flesh into cubes, and place in a steam basket.
- 3.Steam for about 20 minutes. Check the cooking with the tip of a knife, it must be tender.
- 4.Mix butternut squash into smooth and homogeneous purée.
