Macaroni Gorgonzola broccoli and nuts by Laurent Mariotte

Ingredients

- 500 g 500 g macaroni
- 1 1 broccoli
- 200 g 200 g of refined gorgonzola
- 75 g 75 g of walnut kernel
- 50 g 50 g butter
- large sea salt
- mill pepper
Method
- 1.Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Salt (10 g/ litre). Cook the pasta as indicated in the package.
- 2.Cut each broccoli flower into 2 or 3 pieces. Melt the butter in a large pan or pan, pour the broccoli, salt and cover for two minutes.
- 3.Add a layer of pasta cooking water and continue cooking covered for 2 minutes. Add a little more cooking water if necessary.
- 4.Drain the macaronis, add them to the pan or pan and stir. Add the walnut kernels and the crumbled Gorgonzola and bind together stirring the pan. Drain in a hollow dish and serve.
