Mango Mojito

Ingredients

- 3 3 Lime
- 1 1 Fresh Mango
- Sprig Mint
- 200 ml 200 ml White Rum
- ice cubes
- Top Soda Water
- Garnish with Mango
Method
- 1.Press 11⁄2 lime juice and mix with mango to obtain a smooth purée.
- 2.Cut the rest of the green lemons in four, then cut each quarter again in half. Put 2 pieces of lemon in a highball glass for each person and add 1 teaspoon of sugar powder and 5-6 sheets of mint in each glass. Press it all with a blender or the tip of a baking roll to release all the aromas of lime and mint.
- 3.Divide the mango puree into the glasses and add 30 ml of white rum and a handful of crushed ice in each of them, stirring well to mix it all together. Complete with soft water to serve and decorate with additional mint, if desired.
