Homemade Mayonnaise with scented vinegars

Ingredients
For 6 servings
- 2 2 egg yolks
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of mustard
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of estragon vinegar
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 gousse 1 clove of garlic
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoons of salt
- pepper
- soybean oil
Method
- 1.Place the eggs, salt, pepper, garlic, vinegar, mustard and oil in an 800 ml jar (2 cm from the edge).
- 2.Mix everything until you get a firm mayonnaise (depending on taste).
- 3.All ingredients must be at the same temperature.
