Mayonnaise home fast and intractable

Ingredients
For 6 servings
- 20 cl 20 cl of oil
- 2 2 egg yolks
- 1 1 c. to s. of vinegar
- 1 1 c. to c. mustard
- Salt or fine salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Get the eggs out half an hour before you start the mayonnaise.
- 2.In a salad bowl, separate the whites from the egg yolks.
- 3.In a bowl, whisk egg yolks at room temperature, mustard, vinegar, salt and white pepper.
- 4.Drain until the salt is well dissolved.
- 5.Pour the oil into a small fillet, never stop mixing.
- 6.If necessary, add more oil to thicken it.
- 7.If it comes back, pour a fillet of cold water.
- 8.Once mounted, keep your mayonnaise in the fridge.
