Ingredients

- 150 g 150 g sugar
- 2 2 egg whites
- 1 sachet 1 bag of vanilla sugar
Method
- 1.Heat the oven to 120°C. Clarify eggs (separate white from yellow). Mount the whites with the electric whip or drummer. When the eggs begin to snow, add the sugar while continuing to whisk until the mixture becomes shiny and smooth.
- 2.Place the white snow in a socket pocket. On a baking sheet or a pastry mat, lay the meringues. Bake them in the hot oven for 1 hour. The meringue should be dry and should cook gently at low temperatures. Let the meringues rest before storing in an airtight box.
