Ingredients

- 3 3 egg whites (approximately 110 g)
- 110 g 110 g sugar powder
- 110 g 110 g of sugarice
- a few drops of red food colouring
Method
- 1.Turn on the oven th. 3-4 (110 °C).
- 2.Beat the white eggs in snow, add the sugar powder in rain and keep beating until the whites are firm.
- 3.Tap the icing sugar above, add a few drops of red dye, and gently mix it together with a soft spatula.
- 4.Slip the whites into a socket pocket with a 1 cm-diameter smooth socket, then form about twenty meringues by slatting them on a sheet of sulfurized paper.
- 5.Cook for 1 h 30 and let cool.
